Bay Bistro at Harborlight.
Bay Bistro is the exclusive caterer at Harborlight Conference Center and provides culinary services for all events held at our facility. Outside catering is not permitted. This is a hard policy reflecting our commercial kitchen license, FDA compliance protocols, and union service contracts.
Bay Bistro's culinary team has been Harborlight's in-house catering arm for 15 years. Executive Chef Ana Restrepo leads a 38-person kitchen brigade across breakfast, breaks, lunch, dinner, and reception service for groups of 30 to 1,200.
What's included
- Conference catering. Multi-day breakfast, AM and PM breaks, working lunches, and evening receptions tailored to your agenda. Bay Bistro coordinates directly with our event services team for synchronized service across all 21 breakout rooms.
- Gala dinners and award banquets. Plated banquet service for up to 800 in Elliott Hall — three- to five-course menus, paired wine programs, and tableside service.
- Receptions. Stationed and passed hors d'oeuvres for up to 1,200 guests in the Puget Reception Hall.
- Dietary accommodations. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher (with sufficient lead time), and other dietary needs accommodated. Allergen documentation provided per dish on request.
Pricing & minimums
Catering minimums scale with attendance and event format. Typical multi-day conference food spend ranges from $40,000 to $80,000. Detailed pricing is included in your event proposal — request one via the proposal form.
Tasting events
Bay Bistro hosts quarterly chef's-table tastings for confirmed event planners and procurement teams. Your event manager will share invites once your contract is signed.
