Harborlight Conference Center has operated on Seattle's waterfront since 2004. Over 100,000 sq ft across a purpose-built conference building, with 21 dedicated breakout rooms, five large meeting rooms, and Elliott Hall — our 800-seat signature ballroom with 180-degree Puget Sound views.
Catering: in-house only
All food and beverage service is provided exclusively by the Harborlight Culinary Team. This is a hard policy, not a preference — it reflects our commercial kitchen licensing, FDA food safety compliance protocols, and union service contracts. Outside caterers are not permitted under any circumstances.
The Culinary Team has been with Harborlight since opening. They handle corporate menus, dietary restrictions (including allergen-managed preparation), kosher and halal options on request, and custom gala menus for 800+ guests. Gratuity is included in all F&B billing.
AV & technology
In-house AV team on-site for all events — PA, projection, simultaneous translation (up to 6 channels), video conferencing (Zoom, Teams, Webex certified), and IMAG screens. Our technical staff are union-certified operators with 15+ years' conference AV experience.
Corporate procurement
We're fully set up for enterprise vendor management — W-9 on file, COI available for all event dates, master service agreements with annual rate schedules available for 3+ events per year. Contact our sales team to get set up in your AP system.
